These terms cover your use of the Empower Her Thrive website and its services. By using the site, subscribing, or booking a call, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

What we offer

Empower Her Thrive provides one-to-one leadership coaching for individuals, aimed at women leaders working towards director level. The website also offers free resources: a blog, a director-readiness scorecard, and a way to book an introductory call. Coaching is a professional service agreed directly with the coach; the specific terms of any coaching engagement are set out separately when you begin.

No guaranteed outcomes

Coaching supports your development and the case you make for advancement. It does not guarantee a promotion, a pay rise, a job, or any other specific result. Those depend on many factors outside a coach’s control, including your organisation and its decisions. We are honest about this on purpose: anyone promising a guaranteed promotion is not being straight with you.

The scorecard is self-assessment

The director-readiness scorecard is an informational self-assessment tool. Its questions and scores are there to prompt reflection and conversation. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and they are not a substitute for a proper conversation about your situation.

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellations

When you book a call you will receive a calendar invitation with the details. If you need to move or cancel a call, reply to that invitation or email hello@empowerherthrive.com, and we will find another time. We ask for reasonable notice as a courtesy, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its writing, design, and the scorecard, belongs to Marerisoft, MB, which operates Empower Her Thrive, unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and its forms for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people’s details without their permission, or use the forms to send spam or unlawful content. We use automated anti-spam checks to protect the forms.

Liability

We take reasonable care over the site and its information, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will always be accurate, available, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Empower Her Thrive is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes fall to the courts of Lithuania. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.

If something goes wrong, email hello@empowerherthrive.com first, and we will send you a considered reply within 14 days. If we cannot settle it and you are a consumer, you can ask Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority to resolve it out of court, at vvtat.lrv.lt. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre there can also help.
